Online Return and Exchange Conditions

You can return the products you have purchased from the online website within 14 days after the delivery date and retake the whole amount you paid. (Those with writings inside and special productions are arranged separately.)

Products manufactured specifically for one individual, with individualization or alteration on them due to customer demand cannot be returned/exchanged. We do not accept the return / exchange of products which have lost their originality due to usage, scratches or similar reasons. Products should be sent back in the way that they were received.

There are no refunds / exchanges on the products that are custom manufactured or personalized or modified upon customer request. Return / exchange of products that have become worn, scratched or lost their authenticity due to similar reasons is not accepted. Products must be shipped as received

In order to benefit from the rights of return and exchange, you need to send a notification within 14 days of delivery to

Products you send back without the required notification to will not be regarded in the scope of return and will not be received.

You need to send back products that you want to return wholly in the way that they reached you to the address specified for this purpose after sending the required notification, together with invoice, waybill, certificate, insurance forms and if any, with bonus products, with packaged products unopened. The VAT and if any, other legal responsibilities are not returned for products sent back without the original invoice.

For invoices issued on your company's behalf, you must send back the product with the return invoice to be issued by your company for the return operation to take place. Order returns with an invoice issued in the name of your company will not be completed unless the return invoice is produced.

For return process to take place, you must tell the cargo official within the highest proximity of you that there is an exchange/return shipment on behalf of Dimba İç ve Dış Tic AŞ  fill in the details written at the back of the invoice with the invoice and number of the order and can complete the process of return. Our customers do not pay shipment fee for this procedure.

For orders, the payment of which is made by money order or cash on delivery, the return is made directly to the customer's account number. For orders made with credit card, the amount is returned to the credit card. Credit card returns are made by Eldori to the customer's card within 3 working days at the latest after the goods reach Eldori. Reflection of the amount to the card takes place within 1-7 days due to inter-bank procedures.

Only the amount of products purchased is returned. In orders with cash on delivery, the amount of cash on delivery is not returned.

Only return products with barcodes are accepted. It is not possible to return products with changed body, processed products and products without an invoice.

It is not possible to return the products which have been modified. These products include products modified by Eldori upon request from the customer, modifications made by the customer after the purchase of the product by himself or by third parties, and tailor-made products.
